I’m an instructional designer who brings a fresh perspective and a deep respect for beauty — not just in aesthetics, but in clarity, communication, and connection. With over a decade in luxury hospitality, I developed a finely tuned instinct for how people learn, feel, and remember.

 

Now, I bring that same intuitive precision to learning design.

Through the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA), I gained hands-on experience building interactive learning in Articulate Storyline and Rise. Most recently, I supported Lindenwood University’s Instructional Multimedia team as a Project Intern, helping design, produce, and quality-check AI-powered training videos in Synthesia. I collaborated on scripts and prompts, QA’ed 60+ course videos for content accuracy, tone, and audio/visual alignment to ensure a consistent, learner-centered experience across a large online catalog.

My background in wine service, video production, and yoga instruction also shapes how I design: with presence, creativity, and an eye for sensory detail. I specialize in learning that feels alive — where intuitive design meets aligned strategy.

• Microlearning & Job Aids — Visually clear, branded learning assets built in Canva and PowerPoint for just-in-time support and stronger retention.

At heart, I’m a synthesizer. I’m known for turning complexity into something simple, engaging, and actionable — while holding a learner-centered experience from concept to completion.

Every course I design begins with intuition and ends in alignment — because meaningful learning, like alchemy, transforms both the learner and the designer.

 

OUTSIDE OF WORK

I enjoy exploring new music and art, spending time in nature, and keeping my nervous system on speaking terms with me through wellness practices and yoga. I love deep conversations about philosophy and spirituality with my husband and close friends. I’m also a devoted Siamese-cat mom to Bella and Simon.
